| Introduction | I got interested in SAM back in 1993 when I transitioned from Finance to IT. One of the first things I did in my new role of software manager is look at how we were buying our software...the rest is history! Finally in 1999 it became clear I had gathered a level of knowledge about SAM, product use rights and volume licensing agreeements that exceeded what most companies needed to retain in-house (but boy, do many need it on occasion) so I started my own business. We've grown over the years to a small, nation-wide firm that works out of our headquarters in Northern California.
