Introduction I'm retired from medical product sales, having lived in Redmond 44 years and writing "Redmond Neighborhood Blog" 16 years. I'm a long-time advocate and activist for mental health treatment...lately with some success at EvergreenHealth. Industrial pollution of salmon-bearing Evans Creek triggered this blog. Redmond's diversity of culture and parks, &amp makes it great. Our house of 36 years rests in the Education Hill neighborhood sweet spot: a quarter mile from 3 schools, 4 parks and several trailheads. Our one daughter Loo, went to LWSD, K-12, graduated from Gonzaga with two Biology degrees, then a University of Montana master's degree in Environmental Science. My hobbies of yesteryear were biking, lacrosse and mountaineering; now it's walking downtown with Pam and Zo for a cup of coffee, Oh! and pickleball!
Interests Student mentoring, Mental health activism and advocacy, Playing with my dog Zo, the Natural environment, Local politics, Hiking Redmond trails & corridors, Chatting with Pam about everything local.
