Introduction	Have always enjoyed sewing but recently realized that I also wanted to learn more about quilting. I can remmeber a time when it was the last thing I wanted to do. Never thought I would enjoy something as much as I have quilting and thankful the granddaughters aren't needing as many dresses so I can spend more time quilitng. I feel so fortunate to have grown up with a strong sewing background on both sides of my family. Both grandmothers sewed as did my mother so I'm sure something must have been passed down! My own journey started when I had sewing classes at Singer dealer, I remember the yellow seersucker skirt I made during those classes; and later had 4yrs of home ec while in high school. I wouldn't trade anything for those experiences.
Interests	Sewing, quilting, machine embroidery and seeing my grandchildren as often as I can
