It is pasteurized gently: 85-92 degrees C; 60 seconds thus ensuring that freshness and organoleptic characteristics are maintained until juice reaches the customer. By now we produce 6 tastes of Galicia: apple, black-currant, blueberry, strawberry, cherry, and tomato.
