Introduction	I am a writer who wants to explore the creative freedom the Internet provides. I am also the proud mother of two wonderful children, but I still haven't figured out what I want to be when I grow up, or even if I want to grow up. However, I am certainly tired of "growing out," hence, this blog.
Interests	My daughter and my son, my sisters and my brother, my friends, gardening, cooking, mineral collecting, lapidary work, jewelry making, natural health, herbs, sewing, needlework, stained glass, Yes I'm a maniac, I have more hobbies than Hobby Lobby
Favorite Movies	500 Days of Summer, District 9, Galaxy Quest, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Good Night and Good Luck, The Maltese Falcon, 3 Bad Men (the original silent version), The Matrix, Soylent Green, Rear Window, The 39 Steps, Dante's Peak (I love watching volcanoes blow up), any James Bond movie with Sean Connery or Roger Moore, the Harry Potter movies, but most especially No. 3, The Prisoner of Azkaban.
Favorite Music	All time favorite song and this will never change: Nessun Dorma from the opera Turandot by Puccini, Sung to perfection by Pavrotti, Carreras, and now Paul Potts. Most opera and classical music. Yellow and Viva la Vida by Coldplay. Anything by The Eagles, Sting, Joni Mitchell, Toni Baxton, Forever Thursday, The Beatles, New Orleans jazz, zydeco, and mariachi bands.
Favorite Books	Lucky Jim, The Thirteenth Tale, anything by Agatha Christie, Elizabeth Peters, Sue Grafton, Martha Grimes or Lillian Jackson Braun, I like mystery cozys and am fond of "Her Royal Spyness" by Rhys Bowen.
