He attended Boston University's School For the Arts to study acting, and graduated from Bennington College, Vermont, with a degree in theater. For the past several years, he has been acting and directing at several theaters in Maine, including the historic Lakewood Theater, and Center Theater in his home town of Dover-Foxcroft. His plays have been performed for the MEACT Festival, and for several high schools and middle schools in the state of Maine.

Favorite Movies Far too many to mention all, but currently I am obsessing about David Lynch all over again.
Favorite Books Again, far too many to really mention, but I love authors like Kurt Vonnegut, Jesmyn Ward, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Camus, Jose Saramago, Kazuo Ishiguro ... currently getting into Alice Munro and Haruki Murakami. For plays, I love the Theater of the Absurd, but also pretty much everything. Some favorites include Ionesco, Albee, Christopher Durang, Suzan Lori-Parks, Caryl Churchill, among so many others
