Introduction	I have 7 years experience in software testing and test automation. I have worked extensively with Quick Test Professional and Selenium. I have led initiatives that involved building automation frameworks specific to projects and also some general ones that were used organization wide. My team has been successful in creating a tool independent framework that works with both QTP and Selenium. Currently my focus is on the Selenium suite of tools.
