| Introduction | Welcome! My name is Joy (aka Little B), and I've started this website as a way to chronicle all of our family's favorite recipes. I live in northern Vermont with my husband and son. Cooking has become a passion of mine and I strive to perfect the recipes I love and to further expand my knowledge and love of food. When I had my son I became painfully aware that most prepared foods sold in grocery stores for children are full of fat and additives and are mostly processed. This is not what I wanted for my son, so I began my quest to make him good, old fashion homemade meals. It has been a long journey of food discovery for me, and my passion to provide nutritious homemade food for my family has grown in ways I never would have thought possible 13 years ago! I am obsessed with making all I can from scratch. As a family, we have decided to try to be as self-sufficient as possible...well, we are working towards that anyway!
