| Introduction | Born in Assam and having grown up in different parts of the country,I best think of myself as a story teller.With a repertoire of experiences spanning from the blue mountains of Assam to the forts of Pune and local trains of Mumbai, from the small town folklores of Hisar to the rock city of Tiruchirapalli, I believe that the best thing to do with a story is to tell it. Today, far away from my engineering degree and my managerial work experience with Cummins India Limited, I am working as a fellow with the movement, Teach for India.A typical day in my life today involves working with eight year olds, imparting them with the best education in the world, researching and implementing the best practices in my classroom and empowering them to be leaders in life . I also engage with the low income communities with a commitment to transforming their lives and help them build a better future ahead.My passions include blogging, photography,analysing global relations and poilicies,freelance writing,and backpacking. .
