| Introduction | I started Boxing along with my brother in '83 at Commerce City rec center under coach Pat . Tried out for the US Navy boxing in Bremnton Washington in '89. Came home to Colorado and boxed for the 20th St gym in Denver, Colorado '91. been with the House of Pain Boxing for 10+ years as a trainer,boxer,gym rat. I am a US Navy Veteran and I am pro military. My goal is to cover boxing in Colorado pro and amateur fight scene. Also cover the training element of boxing. |
| Interests | Boxing first and foremost, Martial arts, and combat sports. Fitness, the anatomy of the muscles and how make them stronger through exercising and conditioning . Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup.
